Information on the Right of Withdrawal

You have - without giving any reasons - the right to withdraw from the eBook sales contract within fourteen days. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The right of withdrawal is exercised by delivering a clear declaration (e.g. in writing or by e- mail), notifying us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. It is sufficient if you send your notification of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we receive from you, immediately and payable within 14 days of the date at when the notification of withdrawal was received. For this redemption, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged fees because of this repayment.

Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal

As you have the right of withdrawal from the contract, we reserve the right to withhold the fulfillment of the contract until the withdrawal period has expired. If you want to receive your eBook immediately, you can waive the right of withdrawal.
